Louise Thompson began her real estate career in 1982 and specializes in residential and rural sales, both new and resale homes in all price ranges throughout the Richmond metropolitan area. Louise has extensive relocation experience with corporate transfers both into and out of the Richmond area. Her many years working with various builders in the Richmond area has given Louise a broad outlook on subdivision sales both in the acquisition of land as well as zoning and site work and home design. A member of the Richmond Association of Realtors, Louise has sat on many committees for this organization including serving on the RAR Board of Directors and 1998 Chairman of the MLS Committee. She is also member of the National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors where she presided as 1997 Local Chapter President, as 2001 State WCR President, and 2002 WCR Virginia State Governor, the Sales and Marketing Council, and is a member of RELO, a national relocation network. A recipient of the A. Kenton Muehleman Award in 1983, Louise was Top Company Producer for Joyner and Company now Joyner Fine Properties-in 1991. She is consistently a Distinguished Achiever $1,000,000 and over in closed sales-. Louise also has made Joyner proud one more time by receiving the "Adrian L. Bendheim, Jr. Outstanding Sales Associate of the Year Award" for 1996 by the Richmond Association of Realtors. Louise has also found time to serve various local associations such as the Northam Garden Club, The Crown Grant Garden Club, the Crown Grant Civic Association, Board Member of the Short Pump PTA, President of the Godwin High School Athletic Association, Goochland Historical Society Board of Directors, as well as currently with the Breeze Hill Homeowners Association and its Architectural Review Committee.
